Sodamola Oluseye Desmond popularly known as (DJ Spinall) or The Cap (The Crazy Azz Party) is a multiple award-winning Nigeria DJ. He is the first Nigerian DJ to be endorsed by any brand in Africa and the first African DJ to tour in the United State. He is also the first African DJ to perform at the SXSW Festival in the United States. Spinall grew up in Lagos State.
Desmond graduated with Bachelor Degree in Electrical Electronics Engineering at Olabisi Onabanjo University. DJ Spinall is been managed by State of Mind Entertainment founded by Tobi Daniel.
He started calling himself Spinall in 2003 before signing for Mavin Records in 2013 which he is no longer under. Spinall just as the name implies signifies a disc jockey who plays all kinds of genre of music, he is not restricted to any specific genre, his style of play has been tagged by many as ‘fearless’ as a result of his ability to bring all kinds of music in one playlist, these differentiated him out from the lots and won him several awards.
